With over 20 years of dedicated patient care experience and 10 years as an advanced nurse practitioner, I have a deep passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Throughout my career, I have worked across diverse health settings, gaining expertise in preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and wellness optimization. At 3-Peat Wellness, I am committed to creating personalized care plans that empower patients to take control of their health, improve their quality of life, and feel their best every day.
When I’m not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my three daughters. They keep me motivated and inspired. I also enjoy visits from my wonderful extended family and friends. I also enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, competitive board games, and watching all sports.
The name 3-Peat Wellness reflects the most important parts of my journey and identity. Its inspired by my faith in the holy trinity, my three amazing daughters who are my greatest blessings, and the unforgettable legacy of my high school basketball team, three times state champions in 2001, 2002, and 2003. The name values strength and perserverace which is what I bring to my wellness practice.
